RESPONSIBILITY

  • Review daily arrival list for next day and ensure necessary correspondence for the purpose of billing are present and all information are correctly updated
  • Ensure all reservation bookings received either by fax or e-mail is keyed in Opera in a timely manner and reply to guests soonest possible
  • Monitor call handling so that opportunities in up-selling are maximized
  • Alert the Reservations Manager of any sudden fluctuation in occupancy levels in any of the five properties
  • Provide assistance to the team for special requests or problems that may arise in the department

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma In Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and written in Bahasa and English.
  • Pleasant personality and presentable outlook.
  • Has experience with data entry and has knowledge about Opera system
