Job Description
- To provide administrative support in HR & Admin department
- Responsible for ensuring that the department's filing system is in good order and easily traceable.
- Monitor and maintain a good record system for all administrative and confidential matters.
- Assist in payroll preparation for Local Staffs and Foreign Worker by providing relevant data.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments and organizing orientation materials for new hires.
- Handle and monitor staff's accommodation including hostel cleanliness and maintenance, rental and utilities payment.
- Plan and arrange staff gathering, annual dinner, CSR event and other activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job requirement:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Power Point)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadline
- Team player with good communication and strong initiative
- Able to work independently wit minimum supervision
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Work location: Puteri Harbour
- 5 days work week
- Able to start immediately

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
