Job Responsibilities

  • Perform documentation checks for consistency and compliance.


  • Assist with assigned ad-hoc duties.


  • Collaborate with team members for accurate and timely service delivery.


  • Assist with crowd management during peak periods.


  • Attend to customer requests and queries promptly, politely, and efficiently.


  • Maintain and exceed high levels of customer service.


  • Uphold office standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.


  • Monitor and replenish necessary hand tools/items in the office.


  • Greet customers upon entry and offer personalized beverage options.


  • Pay attention to customer preferences regarding coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios.



Job Requirements


  • Ability to communicate with customers with fluent English and good interpersonal skills either in person and via telecommunication or email.


  • Good Remuneration Package.


  • No experience needed, all training provided.


  • Must be able to work 5 days in a week with 1 off day.


  • Basic Numerate and meticulous.


  • Basic Proficiency in MS Office / Google services.


  • Basic knowledge in Computing.


  • Diligent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Singaporean only.
