- Perform documentation checks for consistency and compliance.
- Assist with assigned ad-hoc duties.
- Collaborate with team members for accurate and timely service delivery.
- Assist with crowd management during peak periods.
- Attend to customer requests and queries promptly, politely, and efficiently.
- Maintain and exceed high levels of customer service.
- Uphold office standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and replenish necessary hand tools/items in the office.
- Greet customers upon entry and offer personalized beverage options.
- Pay attention to customer preferences regarding coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate with customers with fluent English and good interpersonal skills either in person and via telecommunication or email.
- Good Remuneration Package.
- No experience needed, all training provided.
- Must be able to work 5 days in a week with 1 off day.
- Basic Numerate and meticulous.
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office / Google services.
- Basic knowledge in Computing.
- Diligent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Singaporean only.
