An IT Consulting Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate Project Manager (Full-time, Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Support the project management team in planning, executing and monitoring various projects in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budget constraints
- Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables while adhering to organizational policies and industry best practices
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and tracking action items to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues and communicate them to the Project Manager and recommend appropriate corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports and other relevant project-related materials
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, such as maintaining project calendars, organizing travel arrangements and managing project-related expenses
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions
- Support the Project Manager in stakeholder management and ensure effective communication along with the engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven 2 years of work experience in any field
- Experience in IT-related projects would be a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and precision in project documentation and reporting
- Passion for technology and intellectual curiosity to stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the IT industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, foster positive relationships and contribute to a supportive work culture
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp19,000,000 - Rp22,000,000 per month
