We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Marketer to join our luxury pret clothing brand. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social media campaigns that will enhance our brand's online presence and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media for big companies with more than 150k followers, as well as a deep understanding of the luxury fashion and lifestyle industry. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, identifying social media trends, managing social media accounts, and analyzing metrics to ensure the success of our campaigns. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and increase sales for the luxury pret clothing brand.
2. Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that is optimized for each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including but not limited to reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's social media presence remains innovative and relevant.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events that align with the brand's marketing goals and objectives.
6. Manage and grow the brand's social media accounts and communities, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
7. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to expand the brand's reach and increase engagement.
8. Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for the brand on social media.
9. Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and complaints on social media.
10. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand's tone and voice
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience managing social media for big companies with more than 150k followers.
3. Deep knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
4. Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
5. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's marketing goals and objectives.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and report on social media metrics.
7. Experience working with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams such as marketing, creative, and customer service.
9. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
10. A strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.
11. Experience working in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus.
12. Knowledge of the latest social media trends and emerging platforms is a plus.

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
