We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge software solution to B2B companies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success. You must be proficient in salesforce, Google Workspace, and sales automation tools like Groove.
In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, where adaptability and flexibility are essential. You must be comfortable operating effectively in the “unknown” and have a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound leads and qualify prospects to determine their needs and fit for our software solution.
  • Engage in self-prospecting activities to identify and target new accounts, leveraging various channels and strategies.
  • Run a full cycle sales process from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer pain points, business challenges, and objectives, and position our software solution as the ideal solution to address their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently delivering on revenue goals.
  • Continuously update and manage sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce) to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling a software solution into B2B companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and sales automation tools like Groove.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
