Human Resources Manager [Netherlands]


 

ETM Corporate Services B.V. (“ETM”) is an independent corporate service provider in Amsterdam, providing directorship, domiciliary, accounting, and corporate legal services in the Netherlands. We provide a one-stop solution for foreign companies needing administrative and corporate legal support that complies with Dutch regulations. Always fully up to date with ongoing developments in international structures, fiscal regimes and compliance requirements, we work together with our clients to determine the most advantageous business administration setup and provide ongoing proactive support.

Today, the team of ETM consists of qualified professionals from at least 15 different nationalities and we are looking for a new team member:

HR Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange the HR administrative work, including preparing employment agreements, maintenance of the employee handbook, VISA, 30% ruling applications, and attendance tracking
  • Manage the entire life cycle of our international employee's onboarding, development, and support with the performance evaluation process in accordance with the company’s policies.
  • Provide internal advisory to ETM employees on a broad range of HR topics, including local labour laws, terms of employment, compensation, benefits, etc.
  • Cooperate with the internal managers' team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Organize internal events.
  • Register people for sickness absence at occupational service providers and help employees with re-integration cases, with ArboArts of the company.
  • Create a positive working environment.
  • Recruitment:

-Update and post Job descriptions

-Interviews with potential candidates and managers of each department

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • 2- 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Manager within an international environment in the Netherlands.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Creativity in dealing with all HR tasks.
  • Experience with local HR processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch labour law.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch both speech and writing
