SERVICE DATA SPECIALIST
As Service Data Specialist, you will be managing and maintaining the Service & Product Concept related data. In this role, you will ensure all data is created and maintained correctly in our source systems, and that it flows without issue to all systems where service data is needed. This is a new role within the organization, so your will get the chance to influence how the work is best done and develop the role as time progresses. Your location is flexible, but frequent visits to our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, will be required.
In this role, your key responsibilities are:
- The creation of service data in relevant IT systems
- Supporting internal stakeholders in service data creation and management
- Supporting Lindström's regions and countries in local service offering management
- Ensuring the data in relevant IT systems is correct
- Ensuring the data in all customer communication channels and customer documents is correct
- Data auditing and corrections
- Ensuring that correct data is available for global pricing tools
- Participation in developing service master data management processes in conjunction with ITS processes
We are looking for a proactive new team member who is ready to take on the challenge of stepping in a new role in the sphere of service data management. - An understanding of service data, data modelling and information flow
- The ability to understand complex service master data and its importance in end-to-end operations
- An understanding of service and product development processes and their connection to service data structuring
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization
- Excellent co-operation and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
