Senior Advisor, People Advisory Services - Process & Analytics focus [Hungary]


 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work on local and international client engagements, with focus on change management, HR transformation, system implementation, process improvement and data analysis
  • Analyze client challenges and work within a team to find the best solutions that help the client move forward
  • Comprehend the context and be part of helping the client set appropriate goals and roadmaps, while enabling them to take a human-centric approach
  • Prepare materials, including proposals, product materials, presentations, process and data analytics, reports and other client deliverables
  • Participate from conception to completion, and prepare distinct client deliverables independently
  • Learn and apply EY’s solutions (e.g. on Change Management, Transformative Leadership and Total Rewards) and monitor the external best practices in the industry
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative tasks (e.g. document handling, memo-writing, task tracking)
  • Supervise the compilation of analyses and reports, working with junior colleagues
  • Delegate tasks to junior colleagues and support their professional development


Requirements/ To qualify for the role, you should have

  • University/college degree - preferably economics & business studies, or other studies including data analysis and statistics
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in consulting, project management, HR data analytics or another relevant field
  • Direct experience in any of our core service offerings (Change Management, Leadership development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion)
  • Understand business processes and business operating models
  • SAP/S4H or other ERP system experience is an asset – please specify this in your application
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Fluency and proficiency in English, both written and oral is essential for daily work
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to finding solutions for clients and to continuously developing yourself
  • Flexibility to accommodate the up-and-down nature of project-based consulting work
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word and other digital tools - please specify
